What now Now That Youre Gone This is my very first video on You Tube. A short video dedicated to the memory of my Susan Lynne. The song came to me as I thought about all those I have known, loved, and lost. With each separation, be it death, divorce, or the parting of ways as people simply move on, the void none the less remains. And with each, I found myself asking... "What now? Now that you're gone." Somehow we manage to go on. Original music written and played on a DXM Dreadnought Martin. Thanks for listening, and for any kind words you may have. theodas

John Lennon and May Pang During an off period with Yoko Ono, John Lennon spent 18 months romantically involved with his assistant, May Pang (Lennon referred to this period as "THE LOST WEEKEND). They recorded songs and created collaborative art. . . Yoko is the one who pused this relationship . .since John and she were not getting along . . she told Pang that he was attracted to her and would end up with "someone" . . . .

Nights in White Satin Here's my favorite from Moody Blues. This is the first video of this song from Paris, 1967. 'Nights' was written by Justin Hayward, who joined the band the previous year. He got the idea for the song after someone gave him a set of white satin sheets, and wrote it in his bed. It was originally released in 1967, but didn't do very well in the US because the song was over six minutes long and a lot of people never heard of the band. In 1972, after songs like 'Hey Jude and 'Layla' paved the way for long, dramatic songs and the band became well known, this was re-released in the US and became a hit.
