here's a little trivia for you! the original name was going to be "Pretzel," but they dropped that when a toy dog came out with the same name! They were also going to use dice, but put the big spinner in at the last moment . . also, Johnny Carson featured the game on the May 3, 1966 episode of the Tonight Show and one of the guests was Eva Gabor in a low cut dress!!

Who doesn't love chocolate? Jimmy Nelson's Farfel the dog did a number of commercials for this product between 1955 and 1965. I loved the way this dog said Chaaawwwwwclate. And do you remeber the little snap his jaw made when he said it?

In addition to his successful, Grammy-winning career as a solo artist, Preston collaborated with some of the greatest names in the music industry, including the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Little Richard, Ray Charles, George Harrison, Elton John, Eric Clapton, Bob Dylan, Sam Cooke, Sammy Davis Jr., Sly Stone, Aretha Franklin, the Jackson 5, Quincy Jones, Richie Sambora, and Red Hot Chili Peppers... A little slice of American history from the Edison Black Maria studio from November of 1894, shows the real life Annie Oakley, shooting fixed targets and tossed glass balls. Truly a fascinating little piece of film that bridges the real Wild West with a theme that was to run through countless fictional movies in the century to follow. The only problem I had with this was her close proximity to the targets.

A vintage Topper Toys Johnny Seven One Man Army produced in 1964. The top selling toy of 1964! It was called the One Man Army because the gun has 7 functions. A complete one in the box commands top dollar! The gun was released during the Vietnam War and I guess they were getting Johnny ready for WAR. During this era, many televisions shows had a war theme, such as Combat and others. Topper Toys was a divsion of Deluxe Reading Corporation who only sold toys on the top shelves of grocery stores and drug stores (out of the reach of our grubby little hands) while Topper Toys sold there line in toy stores. I remember bugging the heck out of my parents to get me those toys and most cost a weeks salary. They don't make em like this any more!!!! It would be a Politically Incorrect! Where's OSAMA???
