"The show may best be known for it's February 1972 episode "Love and The Happy Days," which became the pilot episode for the popular tv series "Happy Day's". That episode was written by Garry Marshall and featured Ron Howard as Ritchie, Marion Ross as his Mom, Anson Williams as Potsie. . . to name a few. . ."

The very first Happy Meal in 1979 was the Circus Wagon Happy Meal. It cost one dollar and contained either a McDoodler stencil, a puzzle book, a McWrist wallet, an ID bracelet or McDonaldland character erasers. The original Happy Meal consisted of a hamburger or cheeseburger, twelve-ounce soft drink, a small order of french fries, and a "McDonaldland Cookie Sampler", a small portion of cookies.

Spin off series from the 1965 movie Clarence the Cross eyed Lion. 1966 through 1969. The show was about protecting the animals.
Starring: Marshall Thompson, Cheryl Miller, Hari Rhodes, Yale Summers, Hedley Mattington,Don Marshal, Jan Clayton, AND Erin Moran ( yes Joanie Cunningham from Happy Day's). I guess I shouldn't leave out Judy the Chimp or Clarence.

Does anyone remember these? I couldn't a Wiki Reference to this, But did find the picture. This kinda has some history for me growing up. My dad and a friend of his actually scheme on an idea for a Fonzie doll and a few months later it was a reality and they missed out on it. I guess someone beat them to it. Dad was so upset by it that he refused to get me one. That's my memory of the Fonzie Doll

Disney's first live-action movie mixed in animated scenes to tell the stories of kindly ol Uncle Remus, including the tales of Brer Rabbit, Brer Bear … and the Tar Baby. The movie, which had faced accusations that it promoted racial stereotypes and the idea of the slave-slavemaster relationship in a positive light, won a 1947 Best Song Oscar for the song on this clip, Zip a Dee Doo Dah, and was a major cultural force in its day. But it's been on the shelves for half a century and has never been released on home video in the U.S. because of Disney's concerns that depictions in the film viewed in today's world, might not be viewed as kindly or as politically correct. However the studio is currently mulling over the idea of DVD release as soon as 2008. In my opinion, this is a film that made millions of children happy. It was adults who put an end to that. I hope you'll enjoy this with the same sentiments as in which it was posted.
