Sugar Ray Leonard was at the peak of his abilities in February 1982 when he dispatched Bruce Finch in three rounds in Reno, Nevada to retain his world welterweight championship. Ray was the best fighter I've seen in my three decades of watching the sweet science. He had no weaknesses.

No, I was on my laptop and was too lazy to go in my office and get my password so I created a secondary account.

Imentioned this quirky fact on another post, but it's fun so I'll mention it again:
Prior to this bout, the last world title fight held in Reno, NV was the famous heavyweight contest between Jack Johnson and James J. Jeffries on July 4, 1910. Seventy-two years later, the promoter of the Leonard-Finch fight offered free tickets to anyone who could prove he had attended the Johnson-Jeffries fight. Two old very old gentlemen produced their ticket stubs and were given VIP treatment.
