Triangle Scarves and Bangle Bracelets As seen on the cover of a July 1963 Seventeen magazine, a summer sundress with a triangle scarf and a plastic bangle bracelet were de rigueur in the 1960s! Who didn't own dozens of those bracelets in every color of the rainbow?

The Ford Model Agency model for this cover, Susan Van Wyck, was very popular. A sort of everyman's everywoman if men were women or if there was a moniker like EVERYMAN for the common woman as well as for the common man . That is to say Van Wyck was someone/an image women related to. You might think after you read this that I took a little too much of something in the sixties but the truth is that I rarely indulged in anything because I was already BORN spacey. I'm just lucky that way. LOL
