The Omega Man IMO a highly under rated sci-fi movie. The remake with Will Smith,'I Am Legend' is not a patch on this original.

The Invaders It all started for an unlucky Architect, David Vincent who was looking for a shortcut that he never found. On that fateful night, he saw something that would change his World forever.....and maybe ours too. The aliens are here and they have these physical differences: No Pulse - Don't Bleed - No Heart Beat - Some Have No Emotion - Pure Oxygen Kills Them - Strange Xray When Taken - Some Have a Deformed Small Finger. Repeated in the UK in the late 70s or early 80s.

THE OUTER LIMITS Opening This sci-fi anthology series ran for two seasons from 1963 to 1965 in black-and-white. It was revived in 1995 and ran for seven more seasons, until 2002. Personally I feel that the original series was better, even though special effects-wise they were inferior to what was available in the newer version.

WAR OF THE WORLDS 1953 Paramount Pictures gave us this great classic sci-fi film, adapted from the novel written by HG Wells in 1898. Gene Barry as Dr. Clayton Forrester, gave an outstanding performance hiding behind some rather large framed Foster Grants, and Ann Robinson, played by Sylvia Van Buren, in the supporting role helping him try to defeat the invading enemy from another planet.

William Shatner Sings William Shatner sings Elton John's Rocket Man at the 1978 Sci-Fi Awards show. Lava, even if there was a coin toss, I don't think there would be a winner.. lol

Danny Thomas and Angela Cartwright The naturally black-haired Cartwright is best known as a child actress for her roles in the film THE SOUND OF MUSIC, as Danny Thomas's daughter, Linda Williams, in the 1950s TV series, MAKE ROOM FOR DADDY (a role she played from 1957 to 1964), and in the US television series as Guy Williams's and June Lockhart's daughter and middle child, Penny Robinson, in the 1960s cult sci-fi tv show, LOST IN SPACE. . how adorable was she!

The Tomorrow People intro This is the TV series that got me hooked on Sci-Fi. Made in the 70's when I was stepping into my teens, this was a must see when it was on.

Soylent Green Another sci-fi classic. Sol goes to his final resting place under his own steam. State sanctioned suicide, not too far off I think? Here you go Naomi, a very thought provoking scene?

Star Trek UFO My mash up of Star Trek and the British sci-fi series UFO. While the original open for Star Trek is one of the greatest ever done, I thought it would be fun to use Barry Gray's UFO music to create an alternate opening. I have had this on YouTube for a couple of years now and it has been well received. I hope you enjoy it too.
