Dennis The Menace Today Best remembered for his lead role in the CBS television series Dennis the Menace. Chosen for the role by creator Hank Ketcham himself. Finding himself forever typecast as "Dennis the Menace," North quit acting and joined the Navy in the 1970s. He later served as a prison security guard in Florida. [3] He is now retired and lives in Lake Butler, the seat of Union County in northern Florida

Petticoat Junction Girls Late 1990s Steve wanted to know what the three Bradley girls from Petticoat Junction looked like today. Here's a photo of Meredith MacRae, Linda Henning and Lori Saunders. I'd date this photo around 1997. MacRae, the third actress to play Billie Jo Bradley, died of brain cancer in 2000. The first Billie Jo (Jeannine Riley) was axed from the show after she posed for Playboy. The second Billie Jo (Gunilla Hutton) was allegedly Nat King Cole's mistress. She was later a regular on Hee Haw. Lori Saunders was the second actress to portray Bobbie Jo. The first was Pat Woodell. I don't know why that cast change was made.

Brady Bunch TV Guide Cover The Brady Bunch grace this cover of TV Guide. I'm assuming it's from 1970. The pictures are definitely from the first season (1969-70). One giveaway of the date is that Tiger the dog only appeared in a few episodes that first season--before he met his untimely death under the wheels of a florist's truck.

Steve Bartman Incident The most infamous example of a sports fan influencing the outcome of a game occurred on October 14, 2003. It was the sixth game of the National League Championship Series. The hard-luck Chicago Cubs led the Florida Marlins three games to two and 3-0 in the top of the eighth inning. With the Cubs just five outs away from advancing to the World Series for the first time since 1945, a foul ball drifted one row into Wrigley Field's seats along the third base line. Cubs' left fielder Moises Alou drifted over to make the catch, but spectator Steve Bartman--and several other fans--tried to catch the ball. Bartman (shown here with his arms outstretched) got his hands on it briefly, thus preventing Alou from having a chance to make the catch. Fan interference could not be called because the ball was actually over the seating area. Bartman was escorted from Wrigley Field to protect him from furious fellow Cub fans. Six police cars surrounded his home. Bartman has been in hiding ever since. The Marlins ended up scoring eight runs that inning and won the game 8-3. They also won the seventh game of the NLCS and the 2003 World Series.

Only Time Here are some actresses who have aged so gracefully and remain beautiful through the years. Set to 'Only Time' by Enya. I believe only a few of them have had cosmetic surgery. Includes Helen Mirren, Meryl Streep, Judi Dench, the Redgrave sisters, Tyne Daly, Shirley MacLaine, Candice Bergen, Katharine Hepburn, Joanne Wooward, Glenn Close, Mariette Hartley, Mary Tyler Moore, Julie Andrews, Susan Sarandon, Barbara Babcock, Cloris Leachman, and Goldie Hawn.
