Topper Toys 1964 Johnny Seven One Man Army A vintage Topper Toys Johnny Seven One Man Army produced in 1964. The top selling toy of 1964! It was called the One Man Army because the gun has 7 functions. A complete one in the box commands top dollar! The gun was released during the Vietnam War and I guess they were getting Johnny ready for WAR. During this era, many televisions shows had a war theme, such as Combat and others. Topper Toys was a divsion of Deluxe Reading Corporation who only sold toys on the top shelves of grocery stores and drug stores (out of the reach of our grubby little hands) while Topper Toys sold there line in toy stores. I remember bugging the heck out of my parents to get me those toys and most cost a weeks salary. They don't make em like this any more!!!! It would be a Politically Incorrect! Where's OSAMA???

Cass Elliot Death 1974 Cassandra (Cass) Elliot had the best success of any of the four members of The Mamas and the Papas after the group split up. She had solo hits with 'Dream A Little Dream of Me' and 'Make Your Own Kind of Music.' In the summer of 1974 she embarked on a tour of England where she played two weeks of sold-out gigs. Her terrific voice earned her a standing ovation each night. On July 29, 1974, after her tour had ended, Elliot died in her sleep in a London flat. She was 32. Immediately after her death, gossip columns speculated that Elliot died from choking on a ham sandwich. Speaking to the press shortly after her body was discovered, the police noted that a partly eaten sandwich had been found in her room and speculated that Elliot may have choked while eating it. When an autopsy was performed, no food was found in her trachea and the cause of death was determined to have been a heart attack. But by then, the story was already making the rounds and the real cause of Elliot's death was rarely discussed. The incorrect story has, sadly, remained a part of popular culture as an urban myth.

Don Cherry on Inattentive Hockey Spectators Coach's Corner is a hugely popular intermission feature on Hockey Night In Canada. It features the flamboyant and bombastic former coach Don Cherry and the CBC's Ron McLean--who tries his best to keep Cherry under control. This is Cherry at his politically incorrect best from 1992.

John Wayne on The Beverly Hillbillies This is the last couple of minutes from my favorite episode of The Beverly Hillbillies (The Indians Are Coming). It's political incorrectness at its best! Granny learns that a native tribe has a territorial dispute with the Clampett land claim back in Tennessee. She expects the worst and assumes the 'Injuns' will soon be attacking. In order to prevent the Clampetts from going back to Tennessee to fight the Injuns, Mr. Drysdale arranges for some Hollywood stuntmen to simulate an Injun attack on the Clampett home in Beverly Hills! Throughout the episode Granny wishes John Wayne were present to help fight the Injuns. He shows up at the very end in a brief cameo appearance.

Match Game Queer Answer From the first season of Match Game (1973-74), a contestant gives what would be a 'politically incorrect' answer today. Guess what? The Game Show Network won't air this episode!

High Noon Anachronism High Noon (1952) is a classic film, but it contains a minor anachronism (an historical mistake in which something from a later era is shown in an incorrect historical setting). Can you spot it in this short clip?

Politically Incorrect Wrestling Promo Ah, the good old days of professional wrestling. Villain David Schultz stirs up interest for an upcoming American Wrestling Association event in San Francisco with a few jibes at the city and opponent Hulk Hogan. Interviewer Mean Gene Okerlund can't control his laughter.

Our Gang Movie Poster 1927 This is the theatrical poster for the silent 1927 Our Gang short titled 'Baby Brother.' The plot is definitely politically incorrect by today's standards: Wealthy Joe Cobb is an only child who desperately wants a baby brother. He offers $3 to any gang member who can get him one. The resourceful Farina obtains a black neighbor's baby, covers him with white shoe polish, and sells him to Joe!
