Ford Edsel ugliest car in the world This car was the brainchild of Edsel Ford, son of the company founder Henry Ford. The Edsel managed to lose the Ford Motor Company the sum of $250 million dollars. When the car was shown in magazines, it was highly blurred or wrapped in paper. Daddy was not happy.

Frank Gorshin As Everybody Prior to his role as the Riddler in the Batman TV series, Frank Gorshin was amazing audiences with his impressions. This clip (put together from 2 parts) was taken from the Ed Sullivan Show, probably in the early 60's. If you listen closely you can hear conductor Ray Bloch give him the cue to wrap it up, which he handles with his usual finesse.

The Wonder Years Final Scene The Wonders Years was an oustanding ABC TV series that ran from 1988 through 1993. It chronicled the adolescent years of a suburbanite boy, Kevin Arnold, from 1968 through 1973. I've always thought it was a very accurate portrayal of how teenage boys think and react. (I'm speaking from experience here!) Sadly, The Wonder Years will likely never be available on DVD because of music licensing issues. Here is the last scene that wrapped up this excellent series.

Mary Tyler Moore Show Final Scene This is the final scene of The Mary Tyler Moore Show, one of television's greatest sitcoms. In this episode (aptly titled Last Show) all the staff members at WJM-TV News have been fired except for bumbling newscaster Ted Baxter. This is how the show wrapped things up.

Bette Midler Serenades Johnny Carson Part 2 It's May 21, 1992. It's Johnny Carson's next-to-last night as host of The Tonight Show. The final night will be a clip show, so this is Johnny's last show with guests. Robin Williams and Bette Midler have the honor of being Johnny's final two guests. Bette wraps things up with this touching song. Not a dry eye in the house...
