For reasons best known to TV Guide, this photo of Oprah Winfrey that graced this 1989 cover was doctored. Only Oprah's head was really hers. The body belonged to Ann-Margaret from a 1979 publicity photo. (Ann-Margaret's agent identified it by the dress.)
