Established in 1883, the team originated in Brooklyn, New York, where it was known as the Brooklyn Dodgers, before moving to Los Angeles before the 1958 season; which is why I posted it in 1950s.

The classiest game show ever to grace the airwaves was What's My Line. In this 1959 episode Jack Benny is the mystery guest. Hilarity ensues. Why can't TV be this good nowadays?
