Fixed Game Show Twenty One You'll want to watch this: This is the final few minutes of the infamous episode of Twenty One from 1956 when reigning champion Herbert Stempel 'took a dive' on orders from the show's producers so handsome challenger Charles Van Doren could win. Both players answer the question about the wives of Henry VIII correctly, but in an earlier game that had ended in a tie, Stempel had deliberately missed a relatively simple question on movies that would have given him the win.

Wardrobe Malfunction The halftime show at Super Bowl XXXVIII featured the infamous Justin Timberlake-Janet Jackson 'wardrobe malfunction' in which Timberlake ripped off a strategic piece of Jackson's costume. Dubbed 'Nipplegate' by the press, the result was a crackdown on indecency in broadcasting. CBS was fined $550,000 and MTV was banned from involvement in any future Super Bowl halftime shows.

Four British Kings in One Photo This 1908 photograph is remarkable: Pictured are four British kings! On the far right is Edward VII, the reigning monarch at the time. At the far left is his his son, who would become George V in 1910. The two boys in the middle are Edward's grandsons who themselves would both become kings. The future Edward VIII is at the back. His brother, the future George VI, stands in front of him. The photo was taken by Queen Alexandra (the wife of Edward VII). It was published in a Christmas collection that was sold for charity.

Abdication of Edward VIII Speech In the tumultous years before WWII, England's stability was shaken by the resignation of its King Edward VIII. As Monarch and, therefore, head of the Church of England, his decision to marry a divorced American, Wallace Simpson, became constitutionally unacceptable, despite many political maneuvers. The last try was to form a Morganactic union, in which his wife would not be queen, but it proved unworkable. He found it impossible to discharge his duties as King, without his wife by his side. Despite what he says in his speech, his brother, George, was NOT prepared to take the throne. Unworldly, lacking confidence, and with a stutter, George became England's wartime King and performed his duties well. According to the late Queen Mother, his wife, his rise to the throne hastened his death.
