My mom always mentioned Hedda Hopper but I never really knew who she was until I stumbled on this clip! Hedda Hopper (May 2, 1885 – February 1, 1966) was an American actress and gossip columnist, whose long-running feud with friend turned arch-rival Louella Parsons became at least as notorious as many of Hopper's columns.

This is one of the classic Spike Jones shorts from 1945. I still remember watching this on tv from when I was a wee lass..Most of his songs were like this, crazy!
