The Pruitts Of Southampton starred Phyllis Diller A 1966 "zany" sitcom, "The Pruitts Of Southampton" starred the mad cap Phyllis Diller! Unfortunately low ratings forced ABC to retool the show and in January 1967 the show was re-titled "The Phyllis Diller Show" and moved it from Tuesday's at 9pm to Friday's at 9:30pm! I guess the damage was done because by the end of the season the "Pruitts" were cancelled:-( Silly sitcom yes, but no sillier than The Lucy Show over on CBS! BTW the exterior shot of the Pruitts home is actually the Biltmore Estate in NC!

Lucille Ball on Whats My Line 1961 Lucille Ball made the most mystery guest appearances on What's My Line. This one, from 1961, is her third of six. It dates from that brief time between I Love Lucy and The Lucy Show when she was off television. The 50-year-old Ball was appearing on Broadway at the time.

Lucy meets Lucille Ball If you saw the video I uploaded of Lucille Ball in the movie "Mame", you'll see that this video, from her series "Here's Lucy" that she is wearing the same outfit. I understand from Lava1964 that this was the last episode that she did.
