I've never really rated Kris as a singer but as a writer, well that's another thing all together.

Remember a storyline from December of that year? A woman of former films (Jane) finds herself with a massive amount of dollars from her demised, but powerful husband. With the terrible impact, she naturally becomes affected by it, and soon quickly busies herself, spending a serious time trying to figure out everything her husband would of did to cause this. Unable to avoid, she makes it her responsibility to take it to the next step, setting off on trying to come to a conclusion on reasons with great curiosity. With the resources she finds about her, the widow comes in contact with an open-minded banker associate (Kris), and both try to locate her husband's killer. As a result of teaming up, she blocks those who scoff at her questions; though she does not play it safe with being unnoticed. Eventually, both end-up becoming engaged with romance and go on a trip to the Middle East. This is when she borrows legal tender, representing her revered former husband; and to really put things back in order; using the kind of terminology that you'd hear from business experts. Unfortunately the sudden payoff comes with a price, as they come across somewhat a dirty revelation during their investigation. Based on evidence, there comes a strange connection that will bring more than ruin to the (then) Western economy. This was no small-scale matter. And so, I will leave you with that. Why ruin it for ya.
Duly noted, behind the scenes, the two spent time together in a gym - but of course. That was her lifestyle choice then. Remember then? Both did not like the fact, there were many made-up lies about the two being said by those that report in those tabloid papers. This could explain the reasons behind Miss Jane waiting 36 months until she did anything else after the mess. To cap this all off, both were nervous the entire time, as they felt the original material changed too much during their weeks in NYC.

First of all, we all know Miss Rita.
Second, we know that James B. was routinely shown throughout the world by that time. No kiddin'.
But did you know the complete deal to the wonderful lady, and how she got herself involved?
Then, Rita had only 2 good years in the mid-seventies that were considered wonderful for her. Yea, the mid seventies were full of an array of ongoing good ones for her especially. But by this time, the early eighties, she was considered a has-been after that decade stated. There were a lot of finicky radio stations at the time who were more into newer things. We know that. From there, there was something great coming to her by luck - drawn from her own past. Someone important was willing to give her a chance, as an important businessman had become very interested in her with the help of his daughters musical taste. Rita had a young secret supporter that yielded so much. With awareness, it was no secret in the businessman's household that she had the range he sought. Her father, the man in question, he was basically a busy financier of special films, but he reserved time literally to realize that he had found something that he had been looking for. It was accidentally that it really happened. His daughter had no idea that he would be so impressed with the lady he had heard.
There was a funny thing thoug about it all. Remember a certain Laura then at the time? Laura Branigan. She was up for it. But when Rita came into the picture - quite literally, the entire Roger project was really going to be changed over to her. Snapped right up. The popular financier had become a fan suddenly, thanks to his daughter. He was knowing exactly what he wanted with his newest project.
From there, the fine dressed doubled number gentleman had now a new lady backing him up with a voice. Is that straightforward enough for you? Did you catch that? Too puzzling? Read on as it becomes obvious. Now, as the story goes, the daughter of the supervisor of the Roger project thought of Miss Rita as his solution. She would become the inspiration for the moving pictures opener. The supervisor is pretty much connected with all of the known stories. He was in charge. And nowadays, the double numbered man is still within the family. Think of "B" for the answer.
Back then, he kept Roger and the entire character in an upshot of circulation for years. How many of the stories was he responsible for? Seventeen! He had full say in the matter. As I said, he was in charge of everything.
Also, he was a big believer in America too. He reached for this dream of being important and getting his artistic pleasures into his life for all to enjoy. We are talking of three numbers here. It mattered to him. He just didn't like to discuss cash all the time with a certain person with a short temper. Any of you know anyone in particular? It was never thought plausible that a riff in this matter with a certain Sean (you know who) would end their partnership for good over that subject. But it did. When it comes to that subject, it certainly amounted to a great importance with both. Raising that kind of large denominations does cause anger when mixed in with a riff over a sudden changeover over the leading matter. I am sure it could of been worked out. But it was toppled with antagonism towards each other. How can you work together like that? It became into a fight on who is better at the camera in the tie and suit. And who was better at being able to deliver. The follow up was widely acceptable after the incident. Remember that? It all began in '71. Such nonsense. Teamwork was out. Resolving differences over who is valued more wasn't going to happen. But, it seems that Sean kept his eyes on the hiring process over the years. Especially when it came to whoever graced the ads, etc. Especially, the amount of $$$.
With going back to Rita: At first, it was just an instrumental that needed to be reinterpreted with chosen words. And, of course, Miss Rita, do you know who helped her in the very beginning before it all happened? Nowadays, and even then, he is known worldwide. His first name is Kris added with another K. Two K's. So in the late summer of '83, the number heard went into the upper 30's on one important musical list. But checked in at ONE on another list for an entire 30 days. Thanks to the increased support it got. She had finally returned that year after a period shorter than 7 long years off the air with something new - now with thanks to throwing herself into handling the escapist opener. Worldwide, it was a hot number too. And that wasn't all, she continued with more into the next decade. In truth, her high numbers in the mid 70's were what really made her though.
