Remember the brady's dog? Whatever happened to him?------------The dog that played Tiger was hit by a car and killed early in the first season (although Tiger's death was not referred to in any episode). When a replacement dog proved problematic, the producers decided the dog would only appear when essential to the plot. Tiger appeared in about half the episodes in the first season and about half a dozen episodes in the second season. His last appearance was in "What Goes Up," which aired in 1971. Eventually, the dog was phased out altogether. He disappeared completely after the third season and was not mentioned again, not even when the show ended.

The complete text:
I really don’t know if I should smoke…
… but my brothers and my sweetheart smoke, and it does give me a lot of pleasure.
Women began to smoke, so they tell me, just about the time they began to vote, but that’s hardly a reason for women smoking. I guess I just like to smoke, that’s all.
It so happens that I smoke CHESTERFIELD. They seem to be milder and they have a very pleasing taste.

. . "so what happens when he climbs up the tower and rescues her?" answer: "she rescues him right back!"
The film centers around the title character, down-on-her-luck prostitute Vivian Ward, (Julia Roberts), who is hired by an exceedingly wealthy business man, Edward Lewis, played by Richard Gere, to be his escort for several business functions, and their developing relationship.

During the 50's, there were so many biblical blockbusters produced, even though if you check in the bible, you'll discover that the facts have been changed for entertainment value. Still, Chuck made a great Moses, and no one can wear the costume of an Eqyptian pharoah like Yul. My first idol at the age of 10 was Chuck Heston. I sent him a letter and receivedd back, not only a note, but four autographed stills as well. Today this wouldn't happen.

I spent many late nights in front of the TV with my mom watching her films. Love her or hate her, you've got to admit she was a legend. Enjoy the memories, and the song, Bette Davis Eyes, by Kim Carnes.
The movies from this clip:
All About Eve, What Ever Happened To Baby Jane, The Petrified Forest, Of Human Bondage, The Letter, The Anniversary, The Man Who Came To Dinner, Old Acquaintance,
Jezebel, The Star, Dead Ringer, Marked Woman, Now Voyager, Dark Victory, The Bride Came C.O.D., The Little Foxes

here's a little TRIVIA about Claudette Colbert: she appeared in a couple of DeMille epics in the early thirties like SIGN OF THE CROSS and CLEOPATRA, and considered it a definite come-down when Paramount loaned her to Columbia to make her 25th movie, a little screwball comedy co-starring Clark Gable called IT HAPPENED ONE NIGHT. She thought it was terrible before, during and after the filming and thought so little of her chances of winning an Oscar that she had to be summoned from a train station to pick up her Academy Award. . .

Cass Elliot was born Ellen Naomi Cohen on Sept 19th 1941. Her restauranteur father nicknamed her'Cass' after the Trojan princess, Cassandra. She adopted the name Cass Elliot during her teens. The name Mama Cass evolved from her involvement with the Mamas and Papas.
This is what John Phillips said about Cass in an interview in August 1995 at Paramount Studios: "Her father had a deli in New York. I remember her as a little, chubby girl, with the stained apron on, behind the counter. [Laughs] We were sort of infamous in that area, and when she got to New York, she knew who we were, but we didn't know who she was. And she had met Denny, and Denny said, "I know this girl that sings wonderfully. We should have her over and sing with her." It happened to be that LSD was actually legal at the time. It wasn't a banned drug or anything. We searched all over the Village and found some contemporary artist who had some and he gave it to us. We were about to take it that night, when the knock on the door came and Cass came in. So we all had it together the same night, for the first time, and I think that formed a bond between the four of us that we just never stopped singing. We just went on and on and on and on, until the trip wore off, which was about four years later."
Cass Elliott died July 29, 1974. Contrary to what many people have been led to believe over the years, she did not choke on a sandwich. According to her doctor, the cause was heart failure.
