The Brady Bunch In 1970, due to the success of the Brady's ABC Friday night companion show The Partridge Family, (about a musical family) some episodes began to feature the Brady Kids as a singing group. Though only a handful of shows (Doe-Ri-Me in the third season, Amateur Nite in the fourth and The New Johnny Bravo in the fifth were the only episodes to feature the Brady Bunch children singing) actually featured them singing and performing, the Brady Bunch began to produce albums. Though they never charted as high as the Partridge Family, they began touring the USA during the summer hiatus from the show, headlining as The Kids from the Brady Bunch. Although only Barry Williams and Maureen McCormick stayed in the music business as adults, Christopher Knight readily admits he felt he could not sing and recalls having great anxiety about performing live on stage with the cast.

Christopher Cross Live Sailing The song that marked the 70's and 80's decades of music styles. Maybe the song that created the AOR (Adult Oriented Rock)genre.

Oct 22nd Happy 69th Birthday Christopher Lloyd Chris is a three-time Emmy Award winner. Here's a funny scene where Jim Ignatowski (played by Chris) is trying to pass the written part of the driving test. This is just one of many great scenes with him in Taxi.

Dracula Prince of Darkness 1964 A classic scene with the prince himself, Christopher Lee. This is the third of Hammer's Dracula films and the second to star Christopher Lee. He declined a part in Brides of Dracula, because he didn't want to be typecast. Lee cemented his position as Lugosi's heir to the part here, despite having no dialogue. The screenplay reportedly had Dracula uttering lines like, "I am the apocalypse!" which Lee refused to speak aloud on film and really, who can blame him?

Nicolette Larson Gonna Take a Lotta Love Nicolette got her first break after college, when she was hired as a singer with Hoyt Axton's band and later with Commander Cody and his Lost Planet Airmen. She was soon on her way to becoming one of the top recording and touring vocalists in the business, recording with key musical figures like Emmylou Harris, Linda Ronstadt, Michael McDonald, Willie Nelson, Jimmy Buffett, Neil Young, Christopher Cross, The Dirt Band, the Beach Boys and the Doobie Brothers. Within five years of her arrival in California, she found herself at the top of the pop chart with "Lotta Love" in 1979, the Neil Young song that she turned into a classic. Nicolette passed away in December of 1997, due to complications from a cerebral edema, she was 45.

Princes Of The Universe This is just one of the many Queen songs used in the film Highlander. Released in 1986 this spawned so many offshoots that I've lost count. A Frenchman played a Scot and a Scotsman played a Spaniard, who'd have thought it???
