The story tells of the childhood of Damien Thorn, who was switched at birth with the murdered child of a wealthy American diplomat. Damien's family is unaware that he is actually the offspring of Satan and destined to become the Antichrist. . this 1976 thriller starred Gregory Peck, Lee Remick, and David Warner. . . but scariest of all (for me) was the music!!

Elton John and Kiki Dee. Personally I always found him to be very entertaining. You should see the version he did with Ru Paul.

Here's a show from the 1976 "Johnny Cash & Friends" summer series, with Johnny & June engaging in some humorous dialogue (comparing themselves to Sonny & Cher; June doesn't have a navel?) and then performing their signature song "Jackson". Johnny really hams it up in this performance. Also, notice Johnny's reaction when it seems June gives him a playful kick. And check out the kiss at the end! Good days to remember,

Probably the worst show in the history of broadcasting, the Gong Show, with host Chuck Barris is remembered for the oddball assortment of acts that graced the stage between 1976 and 1978.

A cute commercial from 1976 advertising Kellogg's Pop Tarts. Don't you wish you could converse with your toaster?

Taken from the first season (1976) of Wonder Woman, "The Pluto File," this clip shows Diana Prince (Linda Carter) transform into Wonder Woman and then use her lasso to try to get information out of an ailing bad guy. Wish I could do that!!!

Up the ancient stairs, behind the locked door, something lives, something evil, from which no one has ever returned!! I first read the book, written by Robert Marasco, and then the film came out in 1976. The book scared the bejesus out of me, the film gave me goose bumps. Add to that the fact that I had a huge crush on Oliver Reed at the time and this became one of my top three favorite horror films. Without a doubt, one of the scariest movies that I have ever seen. This scene with the undertaker and coffin coming up the stairs will give you nightmares, and the final scene in the attic will throw you out of your seat. Which was scariest? The book definitely, because you have to rely on your imagination.
It starred Oliver Reed, Karen Black, Lee Montgomery, Bette
Davis, Burgess Meredith, Eileen Hechart, and Dub Taylor.

She looks great at 63! Deborah was born in Miami Fl in 1945 and was adopted when she was three months old by a family from Hawthorne, New Jersey, and attended Hawthorne High School, where she graduated in 1963. Prior to starting her singing career she moved to New York in the late 60's and worked as a secretary at the BBC Radio New York office for one year. Later, she was a waitress, a dancer in Union City, and a Playboy Bunny.
She began her musical career with a folk rock group, the Wind in the Willows. Harry then joined a girl-group trio, The Stilettos, in the early 1970s. The Stilettos' backup band included her eventual boyfriend and Blondie guitarist, Chris Stein. Harry and Stein formed the band Blondie in the mid-1970s, naming it for the wolf whistle men who often yelled at Harry from passing cars. Blondie quickly became regulars at Max's Kansas City and CBGB's in New York City. After a debut album in 1976, commercial success followed in the late 1970s and early 1980s, first in Australia and Europe, then in the United States.
