I have two tenuous connections to this story:

#1: My maternal grandmother was a student nurse at Sick Children's Hospital in Toronto in 1934. It was her job to package baby supplies for the quints and send them by train to Callander every day.

#2: Dr. Dafoe's grandson lives in my hometown. He is a friend of mine.
