One of boxing's more interesting title fights: Reigning world middleweight champion Stanley Ketchel challenges reigning world heavyweight champion Jack Johnson in Colma, California on October 16, 1909. According to a prefight rumor, the bout was supposedly rigged. According to those supposedly 'in the know' the fighters arranged for Johnson to 'carry' the overmatched Ketchel for 12 rounds for the sake of the movie cameras.
