i remember my best girlfriend's grandmother laying on the couch reading Confidential Mmagazine and smoking Pall Mall cigaretes. we were too young at the time to know what the magazine was about, but knew it was bad (not compared to what's out there today) as it came in a brown envelope delivered to her gram's house.
