Here is a four-minute clip from the silent 1927 Clara Bow movie simply titled 'It.' Bow was arguably the most popular movie actress ever, if fan mail volume is the sole criterion. Because of this breezy flick, the word 'it' became a synonym for sex appeal. I think the coquettish Clara is adorable.

Maybe it's a Packard or some kind of Rolls ChowDog? I agree with you too Lava all the fun of the fair is such a sanitised experience now adays.
