That looks like a promo for the first season of Here's Lucy (1968, I believe). Lucy had three successful sitcoms that ran consecutively from 1951 through 1974. Very impressive.

If you comapre Lucy's voice in this series to her days in I Love Lucy, it is much huskier. This is probably due to Lucy's aging, but also from the effects of smoking.
