All I could find out was that Blake played a kid named Mickey in 1940, and was in the Rascals for 5 years.

Robert Blake, I believe, was originally Mickey Gubitosi, who played Scotty in the Our Gang shorts.

I was wrong. Robert Blake is not in this photo. This photo is circa 1933. Robert Blake (then Mickey Gubitosi) did not join the cast until 1939. Scotty is next to Spanky. (Like many other Our Gang actors Scotty died young.)
