This was a really good show, it was really good. The difference with this show and the Twilight Zone was this show claimed to be based on real stories.

A great show! I don't think I ever missed an episode, and John Newland was a perfect host for this series. Besides the stories, the best part was the music, so eerie! The music became such a part of everyday life at the time that it was hummed by every one everytime something weird would happen in life! Thinking of it still gives me chill bumps.

Being one of Rod Serling's most devoted fans I don't think he ever copied anyone else's idea in his life, the man was a creative genius.

Wasn't One Step Beyond a British produced show that was imported to the U.S.?

One Step Beyond was mainly filmed at M-G-M Studios, in Hollywood, and partly at M-G-M British Studios, Borehamwood, Herts.
