Mike Curtis Tribute This is a tribute to Mike Curtis of the Baltimore Colts--one of the most intense players ever to appear on an NFL field. It contains the famous clip of Curtis flattening a dunken fan who attempted to run off with the ball between plays of a Colts-Dolphins game in 1971.

Here's Curtis' explanation of why he flattened the fan: 'I was enforcing a city ordinance. That fellow has no business being on the field. I wanted to make him aware of his wrongdoing.'

Dick Butkus did that when the Bears played the Rams in L.A. in 1966.
