LOL!! yep, u're right!! Seinfeld created a whole lot of 'sayings'. . . i like when Kramer asks Jerry and/or George to do him a solid . . . George says he'd like to, that he's never done a solid before!! LOVE THAT SHOW!

My high school English teacher used the word gay as an example of how some worked get hijacked (that's the term he used) and removed from their proper English meaning. He pointed out that now we have no word to replace what gay traditionally meant for many generations. He's right!

Along those lines, I always feel a little bit odd singing the line from Deck the Halls that says 'don we now our gay apparel.'
