That is a nice 12-string guitar he is playing and he looks so young and healthy. I used to listen to a lot of Gordon Lightfoot music. About 8 or 9 years ago I heard that he was drinking himself to dealth and he looked pretty ragged.

About three years ago I was enjoying lunch at Shopsy's Deli in Toronto. A vaguely familar gentleman sat at the table next to me. A couldn't quite place his face right away, so I just smiled at him. He smiled back. It took me several minutes to recognize him as Gordon Lightfoot.
