This is TOO funny Cliffy..that could be my mother!! She never looks in the rear-view mirror or out the side, has no idea what's going on around her! She's like 5'2, you can barely see her over the steering wheel. She just drives that little Saturn wagon of hers at 50 mph oblivious to everything...

Actually... this did happen to my mom almost! We lived on a Marine Airbase in North Carolina. They had railroad crossings but in red to let you know it wasn't a train but aircraft. Mom and we kids saw no train tracks and thought it was ok to pass the crazy railroad arms blocking the road. Man I never saw mom drive so fast LOL!

i was saved from this. my mom never drove. she was too busy at home cooking sauce.

With my mom, the sauce is cooked and in the freezer, so she can drive.....
