I'll bet I never missed a show in all the years she was on. Loved the old movie take-offs, like Carol's version of Gone With The Wind

Sad abouyt Mama Cass Elliott, she had a great voice, died much too soon.

I love the Mamas and the Papas too. Only Michelle remains. (I suspect their fast-living, hedonistic lifestyles affected their health.)

She had a heart attack in 1974 while she was performing in the UK. The forensic autopsy showed that she had no evidence of any food in her throat or trachea, but she did have a heart problem.

i watched carol religiously with my mom loved momma cass and cant truley remember this without the song vh1 behind the muic very interesting bio on the mommaspoppas
