That photo looks like Our Gang circa 1937. (They weren't called the Little Rascals until the Our Gang shorts were packaged for TV in the 1950s.) Very few of the Our Gang characters lived long. Spanky and Porky both made it to at least 65. I don't know the girl to the left of Spanky, but none of the others in this photo saw their 65th birthdays.
