Holy Cow what a great find!!!
Just hearing the intro sound brought back a flood of memories!
Boy do the adults today need this, hey copyright 1977, these ARE the people running the country today! I remember hearing on Jay Leno when he broke the writer's strike that many people get their news from him!

Memories indeed! CBS came up with In The News while ABC created Schoolhouse Rock. I don't recall what educational tidbits NBC made for kids, if anything, during the 1970s.

In the 80's NBC had a segment called Ask NBC News.

I really remember these, and the announcer is the late Christopher Glenn, who also worked for CBS new radio for decades! He passed away in the past year or so...
