I barely remember this show. Its original run was only about a year and a half. I remember it vaguely in reruns. The theme song wasn't very memorable, was it?

Sadly, Richard Long (the dad) died on December 21, 1974 of a heart ailment just four days after his 47 birthday; and on January 18, 1982 Trent Lehman (the little boy) took his own life when he was only 20 years old.

I enjoyed this show, and had forgotten Kimmy Richards was in it.

Completely forgot it, can't remember anything.
Same tragedies happened to the cast of Jodie and buffy.

I can't think of a less appealing, less catchy, less memorable theme song for a sitcom.
