This poster of Adolf Hiter, with the caption 'Adolf Hitler is Victory,' was released by the Nazi propagandists late in January 1943--just before the catastrophic German defeat at Stalingrad. It was withdrawn shortly thereafter.

This is a bit like the Yalta post. How do you rate some thing that evokes such negative feelings. Between Hitler and Joe Stalin, Only difference is, one was on the right side.

Donmac makes a good point. Before the war, Stalin was reviled in the west as an evil communist dictator. When he became an ally against Nazi Germany, he became kindly Uncle Joe. After the war Stalin was an evil communist dictator again. It emphasizes the old fallacy that the enemy of my enemy must be my friend.
