On our trip to Havana in the late 50's, we flew Pan Am because my dad worked for them and we flew for free. All I remember is hanging on to my seat and watching the clouds under us, I was scared to death. Oh yeah, there were some bagged peanuts..no dinner.

If you have the money, this is the service you can still expect. I myself though travel among the other cattle with my knees up around my chest.
