Home run is the correct umpire's call according to rule 6.09(h): 'The batter becomes a runner when any fair fly ball is deflected into the stands or over the fence in fair territory. The batter shall be entitled to a home run.'
Not quite. If a fan touches a live batted ball, it comes under rule 3.16 (spectator interference): 'When there is spectator interference with any thrown or batted ball, the ball shall be dead at the moment of the interference and the umpire shall impose such penalties as in his opinion will nullify the act of interference.'
In other words, an umpire may award how many bases he feel is justified if a fan touches a live ball. However, two bases is often the norm.
