I'm not sure why they were making such a big deal about Elvis in a dramatic role. This was his third movie--the previous two had also been dramatic roles.

Judy Tyler, Elvis' co-star in Jailhouse Rock, was killed in an automobile accident not long after the movie was released.

I don't understand why if its a movie promoting Elvis and Jailhouse Rock, then why are they using a sound alike song the kids are dancing to?
