Avery Schreiber (April 9, 1935 – January 7, 2002) was an American comedian and actor. He was made famous by the Dorito ads (Jay Leno did a number of these too), but Avery was also in My Mother the Car, Chico and the Man and Cannonball Run.

Avery Schreiber worked with Jack Burns; they'd appear on Ed Sullivan and other variety shows. And, no, he's not related to the actor Liev Schreiber.
