An instrumental version of this song was on the soundtrack of one of my favorite films--Night Shift. This movie was released in 1982, a few years before the song became popular as a single.

Yes, Naomi, it would. Night Shift starred Henry Winkler, Shelley Long and Michael Keaton. It was directed by Ron Howard. Has Ron Howard ever directed a bad movie?
