Hahahaha I remember that! When I was in the Navy we only could pick up the 3 major networks, so our barracks voted on which soap had the best looking women and GH won! We were all hooked and had many discussions about GH LOL!
I got hooked on GH in the 60's. And have tried to watch it as much as I could since then. Of course working put a damper on things, but then came Soap Network and changed all that. I wrote a QA column for EyeOnSoaps.com for a few years then had to go back to work in the real world, but it was the most fun I've ever had. I cried when I watched their wedding, and cried again when they removed Laura from the storyline. Luke and Laura were so perfectly matched.
