I remember this show! I think it came on late on Saturday towards close to noon when cartoons stopped showing.

I still don't remember watching it, but at our house, the TV was on all the time, so I must have heard this theme a million times.

According to Total Television, Milton the Monster ran Saturday mornings on ABC from October 1965 to September 1968. Frankly, I don't remember it.
