Didn't he end up getting blacklisted with that incident involving John Stossel?

Yes, Eric. Schultz was wrestling in the WWF at the time (about 1984). ABC's John Stossel was interviewing him about whether wrestling was real or fake. Schultz got angry, slapped Stossel, and that was the end of his tenure with the WWF.

I like the good old days when Bobo Brazil, Pampero Firpo, Killer Kowalski, The Sheik, The Flying Tony Marino, Tex Mckenzie, Killer Brooks, and many others back then. Sure it was fake, but fun to watch.

I liked the Red Neck and was angry as hell when Dr D was suspended for slapping that jerk Stossel. Stossel deliberately provoked him and deserved to have his sissy butt kicked.

I love pro wrestling and just hate it when anyone tries to put it down.
