Do it the easy way, go to the beach, get some seaweed and put it in a blender with some milk. It can't taste any worse than the original lol

OK, Lava I can make out this much of it for you. The free offer is a 50 page booklet on How To ? ? Quickly. And it's in NY. However since I can't decipher the other two words in the title, just use your imagination I guess lol

A few years later the muscle and body building ads came along. They sure made Charles Atlas and others quite wealthy even though they didn't work at all.
