That was kind of cute, but it's not in the same league as when John Daly was the mystery challenger on the final CBS edition of What's My Line.

Neither Bruner nor Blyden had the presence of the esteemed Mr. Daly.

I spent most my afternoon today reading all i could about Mr. Daly. He was a very Charming Man! I like Charming PEOPLE!

John Daly was witty, charming, and intelligent. All those qualities might disqualify him from hosting a TV show today!

Because of his popularity, Daly was given veto power regarding any changes proposed for What's My Line. That's why few changes ever did take place--which was a good thing.
